Cancellation & refund policy

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled care date: full refund
• Cancellations made between 24 hours and 7 days before the scheduled care date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled care date: non-refundable

Pawtcha provides pet care services including visits and overnight stays as booked through our platform.
